エレン：パリス・ジャクソンとのインタビューを再開します。子供のいるみなさん、パリスがベビーシッターを希望していますよ。特に小さな子がいる皆さん。
さて、なぜこの作品が選ばれたのかについて話したいと思います。
あなたはたくさんのオファーを受けていたと思うけど、様々な役柄を検討した結果、なぜこの「Lundon's bridge and the three keys」を最初の映画に選んだの？
Ellen: Well back to Paris Jackson who is available to babysit your children. If you have any children especially a small one.
Well let's talk about why is this.. I'm sure you've had a lot of offers, you've looked into other roles but why is this "London's bridge and the three kids" why is this the first film you wanna do.

パリス：「Lundon's bridge」は、汚染を食い止めることがテーマなんです。私のパパはいつも世界を癒したいと思っていたから、それを引き継ぐことは最初の一歩としてすばらしいと思ったし、この役を演じることで皆の助けになればと思ったの。
Paris: "London's bridge" is about trying to stop pollution. And I know my dad always wanted to heal the world and I think it would be great following it as first steps and trying just to help the world.

エレン：世界を癒すこと、それはすばらしい目的ね。あなたがその道を歩み続けると聞いてとても嬉しいわ。だって彼は本当にたくさんの歌を人々を変えてお互いを愛し親切にするようにと願って歌ってきたから。そしてこの映画と本の売り上げは社会に還元されるのよね？
Ellen: Trying to heal the world. That's a good goal. I'm glad you continue on that path because he really did he sing about that a lot he sing about trying to change things that love one another and be kind one another. And also this movie, in this book, gives back, right?

パリス：ええ。利益の50%が学校の資金として使われることになっています。私の通う学校のように恵まれているわけではない学校がたくさんあるし、私の学校でさえスポーツの面では苦労していて、高校のフットボールチームを持つ余裕がないんです。他にもたくさん芸術やスポーツにかける余裕がない学校があります。それこそが学校の楽しい部分なのに。だって、勉強なんて、つまらないでしょう。
Paris: Yes. Actually, 50% of the profits of the movie and the book, they go back to schools. Because I know that there are lot of schools that aren't as fortunate as my school and even my school is struggling with the few sports things like that and we can't afford highscool football team. And I know a lot of schools they can't afford like, performing arts, they can't do sports and that's like the fun part of the school. I mean, academics they're just boring.

（会場笑）
エレン：でもそれらは大事な部分ね。あなたはスポーツをしているのよね？さっきソフトボールと言っていたけれど他には？
Ellen: And they're important. And you play sports don't you? You said softball and what else do you play?

パリス：フットボールが大好きで、バスケットボールも少しだけ。でもバスケットは自分でやるよりも見る方が好きなの。
Paris: I love football and a little bit of basckatball and I love to watch bascketball more than play it.

エレン：何がいちばん得意なの？
Ellen: What are you best at?

パリス：バレーボールとフットボール。
Paris: Volleyball and football.

エレン：そうなの。そして、あなたはお兄さんにとっても憧れてるのよね。
Ellen: Really? And I know that you really idolize your prother, Prince, right?

パリス：ええ。
Paris: Yeah.

エレン：何でも同じことに挑戦しているとか？
Ellen: Because whatever he does you try to do the same thing?

パリス：ええ、そんなところ。
Paris: Kind of.

エレン：一番最近ではお兄さんのやっていたどんなことを？
Ellen: Most recently what was the thing he did and you wanted to do?

パリス：去年、彼が二年生（8th grade）のときに学校のフットボールチームでレフトを守っていたから、今年私が二年生になったとき、同じフットボールチームに入って、同じポジションを守ることにしたの。
Paris: Last year when he was in the 8th greade he played on the Backley football team as a left guard. And this year when I'm in the 8th greade I decided to go on a football team, I was on the same team and the same position.

エレン：わあ、それは本当に仲良しね。
そして、今朝読んだのだけど、あなたのパパが言ったことで一番心に残っていることがあるようね。それは？
Ellen: Really? Wow! That's sweet you guys are so close. This is.. I read this morning that most memorable thing that your dad said to you was?

パリス：パパは「もし僕が明日死んだら、僕の言葉をいつも思いだすんだよ」と言ったの。私はそのアドバイス通りに、パパが私に言ったことは全部覚えているわ。
Paris: He said "If I die tomorrow, always remember what I told you." And I took his advice and I remembered everything he told me.

エレン：それはすばらしいわね。全部覚えているのね。休憩時間中にも言ったけれど、あなたを本当に誇らしいと思うわ。あなたの人生とあなたがくぐりぬけてきたことすべてを思うと。そして彼を失った悲しみは私たちも同じだけどあなたの悲しみは想像もつかないわ。でもあなたはすばらしい、本当に素晴らしい少女に成長して、自分をしっかりと持っている。今日は本当にありがとう。
Ellen: That's amazing. So you remember everything. And I told you during the break I'm so proud of you. What life you had what an amazing things that you had to go through and we all feel the loss and I can't imagine what your loss feels like but you're an amazing amazing young girl handling yourself beautifully. Thank you for being here.

エレン：そう！あなたにプレゼントがあるの。映画の準備にむけてこれ（←カチンコ）と、椅子もあるのよ。あなたのためのね。
Ellen: Oh I have a gift! Before you get ready for your first film, I'm gonna give you this and also I have a chair for you. So you have your own chair.

パリス：ありがとう。
Paris: Thank you so much.
